Job Summary

  • Lead, mentor and scale the Data Sciences Lab (Web Analytics + BI).
  • This group delivers measurement, reporting, insights, and recommendations using data related to campaigns, website performance, lead acquisition, and lead funnel flow.
  • Develop – robust and scalable solutions for business intelligence needs – for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Implement / Troubleshoot tech and business solutions across the entire BI/Analytics ecosystem – connectors, warehouse and transformation (Snowflake, Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, Qlik, Fivetran, etc.)
  • Manage and process data from various marketing data sources like Google Ads, Google Analytics, GTM, Facebook, Salesforce, Hubspot, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify, etc.)
  • Provide insights – answer the ‘What’, along with the ‘Why/When/Who.’ (leveraging AI/ML)
  • Deliver modern dashboards with a healthy mix of lagging and leading metrics for marketing professionals
  • Actively enable decision-making and equip teams to practice data-driven marketing truly
  • Build expertise and offer advanced analytics services to our clients”

Job Description

  • The role will require the leader to build complex and straightforward dashboard solutions for clients and Arena Calibrate. Build a robust data practice – wrapped around the Arena Calibrate tech infrastructure. We will leverage this to provide both standard (product) and custom (services) solutions for clients
  • Optimize usage and metrics across various data sources. Plan data requirements to answer business questions
  • Discuss and document customization needs that clients need on the product. Communicate back with timelines of completion
  • Plan and prioritize daily tasks to ensure timely delivery and data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies within the data warehouse vs. the data source
  • Built organizational capability in related areas like GA/GTM/Attribution etc.
  • The leader will have P&L responsibility for the DSL (including marketing, product etc.)
  • Contribute effectively on sales proposals that include Analytics or BI services
  • Understand and help mitigate data security risks as the product scales”
