Privacy Policy

Position², Inc. takes your privacy seriously, and is strongly committed to protecting your privacy. This policy (the “Privacy Policy”) governs the collection and use of personally identifiable information (“PII”) that Position² collects and receives via any Position² website, or any other online or offline method.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, PII includes:

3. Any other information collected by Position² that is not otherwise publicly available

Position² collects PII when you:

3. Browse the web pages of certain partners of Position²
4. Use Position² Products or services and
5. Use the products or services of certain partners of Position²

Information such as IP address, certain cookies, data, and technical information about your computer, is collected automatically, and some PII is only collected when you enter it manually on our web pages.

Position² uses PII for multiple purposes, including without limitation to,

2. Provide aggregate (anonymous) data to our partners and clients
3. Provide products and services to you

Position² has implemented physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your PII. Any employees or consultants that are given access to your PII are subject to a confidentiality agreement as protective of your rights as this Privacy Policy.

Position² does not sell, rent, license or share PII with non-affiliated companies or individuals, except in the following cases:

1. When we have your permission
2. When we use contracted partners with an obligation to protect the confidentiality of any PII disclosed to them, to provide certain services
3. To respond to subpoenas, court orders or other valid legal process, including defending against or prosecuting legal claims
4. To engage in legitimate efforts to investigate or combat illegal or fraudulent activities
5. To comply with any applicable law or regulation, or
6. To resolve customer disputes.

You can request that Position² delete your PII by giving Position² notice at the email address delete@position2.com. This email address is protected from spam bots, and you need javascript enabled to view it. However, if you, or your company, are using any Position² products and services, such requests will not be honored during the term of any such use.

Position² may amend this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice to you. In the event of any material changes to the Privacy Policy, Position²will give you notice of the changes via email and offer you an opportunity to opt-out of the new policy by deleting your PII.

Your use of the Position² website, or any Position² products or services, is deemed to be your consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy, the Position² Terms of Service (“PTOS”) and to be given legal notice solely by email.
