UX Designer (Creative)

Summary
We are looking for a UX Designer to craft seamless, engaging, and conversion-driven experiences for our clients’ websites. In this role, you will work closely with clients, developers, UI Designers and content strategists to create user-friendly web experiences that align with business goals and user needs. Your expertise in user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing will help elevate our clients’ digital presence.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability audits to identify areas for improvement in client websites.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to present design solutions that enhance usability and engagement.
- Collaborate with clients, developers, and content teams to align designs with branding, business goals, and user expectations.
- Develop personas, journey maps, and conversion funnels to optimize user experiences and drive measurable results.
- Conduct A/B testing and usability testing to refine website experiences based on real user feedback.
- Work within design systems and component libraries to maintain brand consistency across different client projects.
- Stay up-to-date with UX trends, accessibility standards, and web design best practices to improve client websites continually.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a UX Designer working on client websites, eCommerce platforms, or digital experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI work for websites, including wireframes, prototypes, and research findings.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of usability principles, information architecture, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to analyze website performance metrics and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working in client-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus.
