We are looking for a UX Designer to help improve websites by uncovering user needs, behaviors, and pain points through in-depth research. You will work closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure user-centered design decisions that enhance engagement, usability, and conversion rates. Your insights will directly shape website experiences, optimizing them for both business goals and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics reviews.
Analyze website performance data, heatmaps, and user session recordings to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Develop user personas, journey maps, and behavioral models to guide design decisions.
Collaborate with designers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
Plan and execute A/B tests and usability studies to validate design improvements.
Work closely with clients, developers, and marketing teams to align website strategies with user needs.
Ensure websites follow usability, accessibility, and UX best practices for optimal user experiences.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging research methodologies, and UX innovations to enhance research effectiveness.
Required Skills
Proven experience as a UX Designer, focusing on website usability and user experience.
Strong knowledge of research methodologies, including user testing, A/B testing, heuristic evaluations, and analytics interpretation.
Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, or UserTesting.com.
Ability to synthesize research findings into clear reports and actionable insights.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working on client-facing projects.
Understanding of information architecture, user flows, and website accessibility standards.
