Job Summary

Job Description
- Test websites and landing pages across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile)
- Perform cross-browser testing (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
- Validate responsiveness and UI consistency
- Understand project requirements and user flows
- Test all functionalities, including forms, integrations, navigation, APIs, and workflows
- Identify bugs, usability issues, and broken experiences
- Compare implemented pages against design files (Figma) and requirement documents
- Ensure accuracy of content (text, images, links, metadata)
- Validate SEO elements (titles, descriptions, alt text, redirects)
- Perform end-to-end testing for web and mobile applications
- Test user journeys, login systems, dashboards, and transactions
- Conduct regression and sanity testing
- Log defects clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and severity levels
- Work closely with developers, designers, and PMs to resolve issues
- Use tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar
- Identify performance bottlenecks and loading issues
- Ensure intuitive user experience and accessibility standards
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in QA for websites and web/mobile applications
- Strong understanding of manual testing processes
- Experience in cross-browser and responsive testing
- Ability to read and understand requirement documents, wireframes, and design files
- Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, and HubSpot
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web structures
- Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
