Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI Developer with 6–10 years of experience should have hands-on expertise in website development, maintenance, and web application development. The role involves building responsive, high-performance websites and scalable web applications using modern frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React, Vue, and Next.js, as well as Headless Website development.

The candidate will be responsible for developing frontend and maintaining CMS-based and custom websites (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow), ensuring cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and performance optimization. They will translate UI/UX designs from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into pixel-perfect interfaces, while maintaining consistency through design systems and reusable components.

Key responsibilities include API integration, performance optimization (Core Web Vitals), debugging, and implementing best coding practices. The role also involves conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating closely with designers, backend developers, QA teams, and stakeholders in an agile environment.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Git-based version control, build tools (Webpack/Vite), and CI/CD processes. Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA), SEO best practices, and modern UI trends is essential.

Additionally, exposure to headless CMS, JAMstack architecture, and AI-driven development tools is preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Knowledge of AI tools and market-trending UI tools is an added advantage.

This role requires a proactive mindset, a passion for innovation, and the ability to deliver high-quality digital experiences aligned with modern web standards.

Job Description

  • Develop responsive, high-performance websites using modern frontend frameworks
  • Well Versed with Landing Page Development and Emailers
  • Maintain and enhance existing websites frontend features (WordPress, Drupal, Webflow, or custom builds)
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, accessibility (ADA compliance), and mobile responsiveness
  • Perform regular website audits for performance, security, and SEO improvements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI/UX issues, bugs, and production defects
  • Manage version control, deployments, and CI/CD workflows
  • Translate Figma/PSD/Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional interfaces
  • Ensure consistent design systems and component libraries across projects
  • Work closely with designers to improve usability and user experience
  • Cross-check and ensure the deliverables are pixel-perfect compared with the designs
  • Optimize page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse/Google Page Speed scores
  • Implement lazy loading, code splitting, and asset optimization
  • Conduct performance monitoring and continuous improvements
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Follow coding standards, UI guidelines, and best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards
  • Work closely with project managers, designers, backend developers, and QA teams
  • Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies
  • Provide technical guidance and contribute to solution architecture
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients when needed
  • Explore and implement AI-driven tools for frontend development efficiency
  • Automate repetitive UI tasks using modern tools and workflows
  • Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and trends
