Product Manager – Arena
Location
Bangalore, India
Summary:
We’re looking for a Product Manager to own core parts of the Arena product—helping define what we build, why we build it, and how it delivers measurable growth for marketers. You’ll sit at the intersection of AI capabilities, marketing workflows, and platform architecture, working closely with engineering, data, design, and go-to-market teams.
This role is ideal for someone who can think in systems and platforms, not just UI screens.

Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and evolve Arena’s product vision and roadmap for AI-driven marketing use cases
- Identify high-impact marketing problems across acquisition, activation, retention, and measurement
- Translate customer needs and market signals into clear product bets
- Balance short-term delivery with long-term platform strategy
AI & Platform Development
- Work with engineering and AI teams to productize LLMs, agents, RAG, and automation workflows
- Define requirements for model orchestration, data pipelines, and integrations
- Ensure AI features are usable, explainable, reliable, and measurable
- Make build vs. buy decisions for AI and third-party marketing tools
Execution & Delivery
- Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Own backlog prioritization and sprint planning in an agile environment
- Partner with design to deliver intuitive, marketer-friendly UX
- Drive launches, beta programs, and iterative improvements
Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration
- Act as the voice of the customer across marketing, sales, and customer success
- Work with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, packaging, and enablement
- Communicate product progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership
Measurement & Learning
- Define success metrics (adoption, retention, ROAS lift, time saved, automation coverage)
- Use data and customer feedback to continuously refine Arena
- Run experiments and validate assumptions with real customers
Required Skills
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager on software or SaaS products
- Experience building platforms used by marketers, growth teams, or revenue teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows (paid media, attribution, CRM, analytics, SEO, lifecycle)
- Experience working closely with engineering teams on complex systems
- Ability to turn ambiguity into a structured product direction
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, agents, personalization, analytics)
- Familiarity with MarTech tools (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot, Salesforce, AppsFlyer, GA4, etc.)
- Experience with APIs, data pipelines, integrations, and platform ecosystems
- Previous startup or 0→1 product experience
