Summary

This is a revenue-focused role responsible for planning, launching, and scaling profitable advertising campaigns while maintaining strong account health and ensuring full compliance with platform policies.

We are building a high-performance Affiliate & Media Buying division focused on scalable arbitrage and lead generation. We are looking for a hands-on Media Buyer who understands performance marketing, unit economics, and platform compliance, and can independently manage and scale campaigns across multiple traffic sources

Job Description:

  • Plan, launch, and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, NewsBreak, and native ad networks
  • Execute and optimize traffic arbitrage and affiliate campaigns to drive profitable traffic and revenue growth
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROI, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate to meet performance targets
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing of creatives, campaign angles, landing pages, domains, and bidding strategies to improve results
  • Identify scaling opportunities and implement strategies to increase campaign profitability while maintaining account stability
  • Monitor ad approvals, rejection rates, and account health, ensuring compliance with platform advertising policies
  • Manage and allocate daily advertising budgets effectively to maintain profitability at scale
  • Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance and decision-making

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with performance marketing and media buying
  • Experience running campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Native ad platforms
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and arbitrage models
  • Ability to analyze campaign metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rate
  • Experience managing daily advertising budgets and scaling campaigns
  • Strong analytical, optimization, and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of platform policies and ad compliance
