Job Description:
We are looking for a Strategic Planner (RevOps & MOps-focused) who will bridge strategy andexecution by aligning messaging, channels, and systems to drive full-funnel performance.
This role will own end-to-end planning of digital marketing programs, ensuring that messagingstrategies are effectively translated into orchestrated campaigns by closely working withPerformance Marketing, SEO, Web, Creative, and MOps—while maintaining strong visibilityinto pipeline and revenue impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Messaging Frameworks
- Develop integrated messaging strategies aligned to business goals, personas, and buyer journey stages
- Define channel mix and campaign approach on integrated services accounts
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all touchpoints
2. Cross-Channel Orchestration
- Act as the central integrator by working with account managers across PA, SEO, Web, Creative, and MOps teams
- Translate strategy into executable campaign plans with clear deliverables and timelines
- Ensure seamless coordination and alignment across teams
3. RevOps-Led Funnel Planning
- Map campaigns to full-funnel stages (Awareness → Consideration → Decision)
- Define success metrics across MQL, SQL, Opportunities, and Revenue
- Identify funnel gaps and optimize conversion pathways
4. Campaign Measurement & Performance Insights
- Partner with MOps to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Analyze performance across channels and campaigns to derive actionable insights
- Continuously refine strategies based on data and outcomes
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage segmentation, cohort analysis, and engagement data to refine targeting and messaging
- Translate data insights into strategic recommendations for growth
6. ABM & Target Account Strategy
- Support account-based marketing initiatives through strategic planning and targeting frameworks
- Align messaging and campaigns to high-value accounts and key personas
7. Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Ensure campaign strategies are aligned with sales priorities and pipeline goals
- Collaborate with RevOps and Sales teams on lead flow, scoring logic, and engagement strategies
Required Skills:
Must-Have
1. RevOps Thinking & Funnel Orientation
- Strong understanding of full-funnel metrics, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
- Ability to translate marketing efforts into measurable business outcomes
2. Strategic Planning with Data Backbone
- Experience building data-informed messaging and campaign strategies
- Ability to connect insights → strategy → execution → performance
3. MOps Collaboration & System Awareness
- Working knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM ecosystems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Understanding of lead lifecycle, scoring models, routing logic, and attribution
- Understanding of data enrichment ecosystems (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
4. Campaign Orchestration Mindset
- Ability to design integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies
- Strong coordination across teams to ensure execution excellence
5. Measurement & Analytics Orientation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign and funnel data
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
6. Buyer Journey & Persona Mapping
- Deep understanding of persona-based messaging and journey-based planning
- Experience aligning content and campaigns to different stakeholder roles
- Exposure to ABM platforms and frameworks (6sense, Demandbase, etc.)
7. AI & Modern Marketing Ecosystem Awareness
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation, and data enrichment in marketing workflows
Good-to-Have
- Certificate to ABM platforms and frameworks (6sense, Demandbase, etc.)
- Experience and working knowledge of data enrichment ecosystems (ZoomInfo, Apollo, etc.)
- Working knowledge of paid media, SEO, and web ecosystems (from a strategy standpoint)
- Certifications in Marketing Automation, Analytics, or RevOps-related tools
