Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled UI developer to design websites with functionality and aesthetics in mind. The UI developer will work with back-end developers and web developers to ensure that the website is optimized for several devices and presented in an attractive way. To be successful as a UI developer, you should have excellent knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. In addition to this, you must work well in a team as there are several individuals involved in the development process.
Job Description
- Work closely with UX designers, web developers, and Digital Marketers to deliver an overall seamless user experience
- Liaise with the client to gauge their needs and expectations
- Plan the layout of the website
- Ensure that the website is optimized for various devices
- Use analytics to test client enjoyment
- Testing Browser Compatibility for websites
- Clearly and constructively communicate with the Project Manager if you get stuck or need help with something
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UI development
- Detailed experience with coding and the ability to troubleshoot and analyze websites using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages
- Continued education and research into UI development trends and current design strategy, and technology
- Professional written and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
- Experience creating code to the client’s personalized needs and requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-
performing interfaces
- Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Photoshop
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS
- Good interpersonal skills
- Understanding of key design principles
- Good problem-solving skills
